Neel Premkumar
Partner



Prior to founding CreativeHub, Neel was in Brand Management at Wyeth Consumer Healthcare, with responsibilities for the $80 million Advil Respiratory brand, including advertising development; managing the $20 million P&L; developing the 5yr Business Plan; launching a $10M global new product: Advil Multi-Symptom Cold; and creating viral, buzz, and grassroots Internet marketing campaigns.

Neel has also worked in both Sales and Category Development at Wyeth, as well as in Venture Capital, at Osage Ventures. Neel earned a B.S.B.A. in Finance from Georgetown University, a Graduate Certificate in Marketing from the University of Chicago, and an MBA from The Wharton School of Business.

He is a professional tennis instructor, a Padi-certified scuba diver, and an avid world traveler.

Daniel Garcia-Pedrosa
Partner



Prior to joining CreativeHub, Daniel spent the last several years developing operational process flow, internal communications, and external marketing strategies for multinational companies throughout the United States, South America, and the Middle East; working as a management consultant with Boston Consulting Group and Accenture.

Daniel has extensive experience with emerging media and advertising, and has assisted numerous agencies in servicing their clients.

Daniel holds a B.A. in Cognitive Psychology from Harvard University and an M.B.A. from The Wharton School of Business.  He enjoys composing music and has sung with collegiate and professional groups.

Leonard Lodish
Advisor



Leonard Lodish is a chaired Marketing Professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. Len consults extensively with corporations around the world, including Procter & Gamble, Conagra and Merck, in the areas of marketing strategy and advertising /promotion decision support.

A prolific author, Len has published over 50 articles, is active as an editor in leading marketing and management science journals, and is the author of multiple books on entrepreneurial marketing and advertising.

As a part time entrepreneur, Len co-founded Management Decision Systems, Inc. (MDS), which eventually merged Information Resources, Inc., and has since become a $1B international decision support and marketing data supplier.

Len was also co-founder of Shadow Broadcast Services in 1991, which was later sold to Westwood One, Inc. Len serves as a Corporate Director of Franklin Electronic Publishers, Inc. and J&J Snack Foods, Inc., and an Advisory Board member of several private companies, including 1-800-DIAPERS and Universal AD.

Len has a Ph.D. in Marketing and Operations Research from M.I.T. and an A.B. (Mathematics) from Kenyon College.

David Reibstein
Advisor



David Reibstein is a chaired Marketing Professor at the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania. A former Executive Director of the Marketing Science Institute, Dave consults extensively with companies worldwide, including GE, Pfizer, Johnson & Johnson, Rohm and Haas, and others.

Internationally known for his work, Dave’s research has been published in top-tier academic journals including Marketing Science, Journal of Marketing Research, and the International Journal of Research in Marketing. Dave is also the author or co-author of numerous books and chapters in books on subjects including competitive marketing strategy, global branding, and marketing performance measurement, among others.

In 1996, Dave co-founded Shopzilla.com (previously Bizrate), a leading internet shopping portal; it was acquired in 2005 for $560 million by Scripps. Dave currently sits on the Board of Directors for Shopzilla, And1, XMPie, and several other public and private companies.

Dave received his PhD from Purdue University and his BS and BA degrees from the University of Kansas.

Manoj Kutty
Advisor



Manoj Kutty is the President of the Simulations Division at Tata Interactive Systems, part of the Tata Group, a leading Indian conglomerate with annual revenues of $29 billion.

Manoj has been with the Tata Group since 1993, and he was an early member of the team that set up Tata Interactive Systems. He founded the North American business for Tata Interactive Systems in 2000 and built it into the market leader in the custom e-learning space. Manoj went on to head global sales and marketing, leading teams in the UK, Europe, S. Africa, India, Japan and Australia.

In 2005, he led the acquisition of TOPSIM, the leader in business acumen simulations in Germany and has since been tasked with developing a global business simulations business.

Manoj is a senior assessor of the Malcolm Baldridge-based TBEM program. He is also a frequent speaker at technology and learning events and a facilitator of management programs, internationally renowned for his experience in building technology-based organizations.

Manoj completed his Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science Engineering and his MBA in India.
